EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
With Greene Street’s support, you can rest assured that your organization is prepared to deal with the media in the face of the unexpected.
It’s inevitable. Every major organization will be confronted with a crisis. Are you ready? Being prepared for any incident prior to an event, and responding appropriately during and after one, will protect your organization’s image and reputation.
ONE CALL AWAY
Three-hundred-and-sixty-five days a year, our senior leadership team is on-call to provide immediate assistance and strategic guidance regarding any incident affecting our clients. We even offer immediate crisis travel assistance to any location in the United States, so we are with you every step of the way. The moment a high-level crisis arises, we turn on our emergency response unit. This service includes, but is not limited to, media phoners, press releases, media advisories, statements, web updates, social media intervention, press conferences and senior guidance.
MEDIA RELATIONS
We can advise, prepare and immediately execute a successful media plan for any controversial incident occurring in your organization. Our executives will tackle the issue head on and devise the right approach, the first time. Before you speak to the media, call our team and allow us to appropriately address your concerns. This service also includes emergency press conferences that require the organization’s leadership to address the public.
CRISIS TRAINING
Greene Street executives have extensive experience developing, educating and training some of the nation’s most seasoned communications specialists. Our employees have trained at FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute in Emmitsburg, Maryland and taught crisis management courses at FEMA disaster sites across the country.
MEDIA TRAINING
Our executives have advised, trained and counseled some of the top CEOs in the country. Additionally, we have restructured communications offices and trained staff on all components of External Affairs (Media Relations, Research and Writing, Broadcast Operations, Community Relations, and Crisis Communications). We are available for an extensive communications overhaul, or one- to two-day training seminars (hands-on), to support your communications efforts. This training includes: message development, media camera presence, creating emergency messages, developing front-page web messages and social-media emergency messaging, as well as developing internal/external documents, restricting strategies and rebranding.
